Challenge
Waiters were the bottleneck: guests waited to order, waited to pay, and the kitchen re-typed tickets. Feedback only arrived as complaints.
What we built
A QR code on each table opens the live menu. Guests customise, order and pay from their phone and track the order status; tickets appear on kitchen displays per station; after the meal guests rate dishes and leave suggestions. The owner edits the menu from a phone.
